With reference to the activities of Credit Broker, Financial Agent and Financial Agent providing exclusively payment services, the activity of money changer is:

• compatible with the activity of financial agent that exclusively provides payment services, provided that organisational and accounting separation is ensured with respect to operations in the payments sector (cf. art. 128-quater, paragraph 6 of the TUB and art. 2 Decree of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance no. 256 of 28 December 2012).
• incompatible cwith the activities of financial agents and credit brokers (cf. art. 128-quater and 128-sexies TUB).
